Movement practices builds a daily methodology for the artist for long term practice as a working professional. Personal storytelling and ritual is the training for creative process, from stillness of meditation to the chaos of free movement, mythology, archetypes, imagination, and creative expression are all explored.

These workshops are designed to help managers, start-ups, and entrepreneurs improve communication and teambuilding skills through improvisation and movement exercises. 

KINESIOLOGY & KINESTHETICS

My knowledge related to body from physical theatre, dance, contology, trauma studies and yoga merged with the knowledge that I learn from Neuro Developmental Treatment Association (NDTA)' s courses in Turkey.

As a consecutive translator in several trainings I learned the importance of motor developement, posture and sensory integration. I re-configurate my teachings on movement.

I am also experienced with international dance festival organizations.

CONTROLOGY

Contrology was based on the idea of muscle control.  As a certified contrology (pilates) instructor I teach contrology to performance artist in part of their warm ups to improve flexibility, build strength, develop control and endurance in the entire body.
