Improvisational Team Building:

These workshops are designed to help managers, start-ups, and entrepreneurs improve communication and teambuilding skills through improvisation and movement exercises.

My knowledge related to body from physical theatre, dance, contology, trauma studies and yoga merged with the knowledge that I learn from Neuro Developmental Treatment Association (NDTA)' s courses in Turkey.

As a consecutive translator in several trainings I learned the importance of motor developement, posture and sensory integration. I re-configurate my teachings on movement.
